Delicious Autumn Stew

Autumn is the time when we enjoy "Fall-color-drives".

A sensory overload of an "eye candy" experience, that can rejoice and help rejuvenate the entire being.

Our tip: Pick the streets with the best canopy, drive through underneath them in sunshine and drink up the full spectrum of colors with your eyes.

Fall-color-drives offer in addition the opportunity for a fun game, when pointing out the most beautiful scrubs, bushes and trees in their gorgeous fall color attire.

Autumn is also the time when our focus should shift towards fortifying our immune system more and in preparation for the upcoming winter season.

Here below is one dish, that is not only delicious but loaded with a variety of nutrients, that are bound to boost the immune system.

A absolute must, research just how much Wellness-Benefits each of these individual ingredients, can bring to your bodies systems.

Cooking starts here

  • We like to use grass fed and finished beef and prefer regenerative agricultures resources for this.

  1. You want to brown your meat in organic virgin and cold pressed olive oil, searing in the flavors.

  2. Add cabbage (The amount of cabbage in your pot will shrink done faster, by using a lid and then stirring occasionally. This way you are able to add more cabbage with room to spare.)

  3. Good amount of Dry Sherry (alcohol will evaporate)

  4. Next, all spices

  5. Last, all prepped roots and mushrooms

Cook thoroughly, but not to mush!

Enjoy - Delicious!!!
